Roy David Marklew died of cancer on the 29th august, he was 59yrs, he worked for the police and
lived in birmingham. He had 4 children who he loved dearly and 5 grandchildren, he loved being a
grandad and was very proud of us all. we will always love him and miss him every day and always.

well dad its the 9th semtember 2009, your 65th birthday, you should be retiring now and enjoying yourself. i sure your having a big party up there in heaven and having fun, if i know you. well still missing you so much and its worse on your birthday, still i sang happy birthday to you on my way to work in the car and i have told all my clients at the shop its your birthday and spoke about you all day, which made me feel better. so i still celebrated your birhday even though your not here with us, but i am sure you were looking down anyway. feeling a little upset now dad so happy 65th birthday love you and miss you forever. hi uncle roy, cant believe its over 4 years now since we lost u. we all miss you loads.i have a son now, his name is jack and he was born on new years eve. he would have loved u and u would have loved him. he's a cheeky boy at times and little rascal. i wish u were here to meet him, love always helen xx

happy birthday dad, its the 9th september and you would of been 64yrs. you always kept us posted on the date so we would never forget ha ha, as if we would, not a chance. its so strange not to think about what to buy you cause you already had everything. also this was the year you were going to retire and have a good earned rest, never mind dad your resting now and i know your having a big birthday bash up there, cause you would never have a birthday without one. so happy birthday again dad, miss you so much on your special day, love always and forever tracey xxxxxxxxxx
